📖 Heart Gummies (yields 130 pieces at 4 mL)
Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups cranberry or strawberry juice
- 1/2 cup unflavored gelatin
- 3 tbsp honey or sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp rose water (optional, for floral note)
- Optional: cannabis tincture per dose target
Steps:
- Warm juice and honey in a saucepan over low heat.
- Do not boil.
- Whisk in gelatin one tablespoon at a time until fully dissolved.
- Stir in lemon juice and rose water if using.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in tincture if using.
- Use a squeeze bottle to fill all 130 heart cavities evenly.
- Refrigerate 25 to 30 minutes until firm.
