Can you create a custom candy mold design?
Yes, contact us for details and pricing. We manufacture the chocolate and gummy molds for several large edibles companies.
How much is shipping?
Shipping for silicone molds is free within the USA over order $35. For international orders prices vary and the cost gets calculated automatically on checkout before payment is required.
Who pays customs duties & fees on international shipments?
For international shipments that incur customs fees, the customer is responsible for all custom duties and fees.
Are your silicone molds food safe?
We use food safe FDA (USA) and LFGB (Europe) approved BPA Free silicone to manufacture all of our silicone molds. This non-stick material allows for easy release and is simple to clean. Can safely be used in your oven and freezer with a safe temperature range of -40C to 240C (-40F to 464F). A copy of our food safety documentation can be found here: Declaration of Conformance
I received damaged goods, will you replace it?
Absolutely! We will replace any goods that were damaged during transit. Just send us a picture of the damage and we'll replace the product for free.
What is your return policy?
We like satisfied customers and if you would like to return a product, simply mail it back to us within 30 days of receipt. Shipping costs for the returned product will need to be paid by the customer. As always, please send us an email if you have additional questions. Returns can be shipped to our return processing center at the address listed below. Be sure to include a copy of your invoice or order number along with the return.
