📖 Moon Gummies (yields ~126 pieces at 4 mL)
Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups white grape or apple juice
- 1/2 cup unflavored gelatin
- 3 tbsp honey or sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: blue or purple food coloring for a night-sky effect
- Optional: cannabis tincture per dose target
Steps:
- Warm juice and honey in a saucepan over low heat.
- Do not boil.
- Whisk in gelatin one tablespoon at a time until fully dissolved.
- Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.
- Remove from heat.
