Berry Fruit Gummies (makes ~140 pieces at 2.5 mL each)
A simple gummy recipe from the PJBold guide, sized for the 140-cavity berry mold.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup cold water or fruit juice
- 3 tbsp unflavored gelatin (200-bloom)
- 2 tbsp flavored Jello powder (berry flavor)
- 1 tbsp corn syrup or honey
- Optional: citric acid for a sour finish
Steps:
- Add water and gelatin to a small saucepan. Let sit 5 minutes to bloom.
- Add Jello powder. Heat on low, stirring until fully dissolved. Do not boil.
- Stir in corn syrup until smooth.
- Pour into all 140 berry cavities using a dropper.
- Refrigerate 1 hour until firm.
