📖 Bite-Size Square Gummies (yields ~266 pieces at 2 mL)
Ingredients:
- 2 cups fruit juice (apple, mango, or peach work well)
- 3/4 cup unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup honey or sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Optional: cannabis tincture per dose target
Steps:
- Warm juice and honey in a saucepan over low heat.
- Do not boil.
- Whisk in gelatin one tablespoon at a time until fully dissolved.
- Stir in lemon juice.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in tincture if using.
- Work quickly as the mixture sets fast.
- Use a squeeze bottle to fill all 266 small square cavities.
- Fill just to the top of each cavity.
- Refrigerate 20 to 25 minutes until firm.
- Flex the mold to release all pieces at once.
