📖 Cherry Gummies (yields ~88 pieces at 7 mL)
Ingredients:
- 2 cups tart cherry juice
- 3/4 cup unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup honey or sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp almond extract (optional, enhances cherry flavor)
- Optional: cannabis tincture per dose target
Steps:
- Warm cherry juice and honey in a saucepan over low heat.
- Do not boil.
- Whisk in gelatin one tablespoon at a time until fully dissolved.
- Stir in lemon juice and almond extract if using.
- Remove from heat.

- Let sit for 1 minute to settle bubbles.
