Simple THC-Compliant Square Gummies (yields ~192 pieces, 4 mL each)
Ingredients:
- 2 cups fruit juice (any flavor)
- 1/2 cup unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup honey or sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Cannabis tincture or distillate per your target dose per gummy
Steps:
- 1. Heat fruit juice in a saucepan over low-medium heat. Do not boil.
- 2. Whisk in gelatin one tablespoon at a time until fully dissolved. Stir in honey and lemon juice.
- 3. Remove from heat, stir in tincture, and immediately fill the 192 cavities using a squeeze bottle.
- 4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
