Ingredients:

• 1/4 cup cold water
• 3 packages (0.25 oz each) unflavored gelatin
• 3/4 cup honey-flavored fruit juice or diluted raw honey
• Artificial sweetener or honey to taste
• Optional: 1 tsp lemon juice for a light tang

Steps:

1. Add cold water to a small saucepan. Sprinkle gelatin over the surface. Let sit 5 minutes.
