THC-Stamped Square Lollipops (makes 14)
Ingredients:
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp flavor extract
- Food coloring
- Cannabis tincture per dose target
- 14 lollipop sticks
Steps:
- 1. Lightly oil the cavities and place a stick in each.
- 2. Combine sugar, corn syrup, and water. Heat to 300°F (149°C) on a candy thermometer.
- 3. Off heat, stir in flavor, color, and tincture.
- 4. Quickly pour into each square cavity, covering the stick base.
- 5. Let set 30 minutes. Pop out and wrap individually.
