Ingredients:

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Steps:
- 1. Cream cannabutter and sugar. Beat in egg and vanilla.
- 2. Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt; mix into the wet ingredients to form dough.
- 3. Chill dough 30 minutes. Roll to 1/4 inch thick on a floured surface.
