Care Instructions

Chocolate Bonbons Recipe: Easier Than You Think
Chocolate Bonbons (makes ~24 pieces at 10 mL each)
A simple bonbon recipe from the PJBold guide, sized for the 24-cavity pill polycarbonate mold.
Ingredients:
- 300g dark or milk chocolate, finely chopped
- 1 tsp cocoa butter
- 3 tbsp heavy cream
- 2 tbsp filling of choice (caramel, hazelnut spread, or raspberry jam)
- Optional: food-safe cocoa butter for color coating
Steps:
- Optional: paint the cavities with colored cocoa butter and let set.
- Melt chocolate and cocoa butter in a double boiler. Stir until smooth.
- Pour a thin shell layer into each of the 24 pill cavities. Tap to level. Chill 10 minutes.
- Add a small amount of filling to each cavity.
- Cover with a second layer of chocolate to seal each piece.
- Refrigerate 30 minutes until fully set. Tap the mold to release each bonbon. Store airtight.
