Mini Leaf Chocolate Pieces (yields 240 small leaves)
Ingredients:
- 16 oz tempered dark or milk chocolate
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Optional: cannabis tincture (oil-based) per dose target
- Optional: gold leaf or edible glitter for decoration
Steps:
- 1. Temper chocolate. Stir in coconut oil and tincture (if using).
- 2. Spoon a small amount into each of the 240 cavities. Tap the mold gently to release air bubbles.
- 3. Use a bench scraper to level the tops cleanly.
- 4. Decorate with gold leaf if desired. Refrigerate 15 minutes until set.
