Non-Stick Silicone
Your candy, chocolate, or gummies pop out clean every single time. The flexible silicone bends without tearing your creation. Just push from the bottom and the piece releases intact. If you want variety in your shapes, check out our candy rope mold for a fun addition to your collection.
Multi-Cavity Designs
Make 6 to 14 pieces in one pour depending on your mold. Fill all cavities at once while your mixture is still hot. Save hours on large orders or party favors. Each cavity is identical so every piece looks clean and professional.
Heat-Resistant
Our oven-safe silicone molds handle temps up to 450°F without melting or warping. Pour boiling sugar or melted chocolate directly into the molds safely. The reusable silicone keeps its shape even with repeated high-heat use.
Food-Safe and BPA-Free
All of our silicone molds are FDA-approved with no harmful chemicals. Safe for kids and adults to eat from. They won't leach anything into your candy or chocolate even at high temperatures.
How to Buy the Right Silicone Mold
Figure Out Your Production Volume
Making treats at home? A small cavity mold gets the job done. Selling at events or in bulk? Go for multi-packs or higher cavity counts so you can pour more pieces in one batch and finish faster.
Check State Compliance for Edibles
Some states require exact dosing for infused products. Choose molds with clearly marked cavity volumes so you stay accurate and compliant in regulated markets like California and Colorado.
Read Real Customer Reviews
Check photos from real buyers to see how well the mold holds detail and releases pieces cleanly. Look for feedback from people making the same candy and chocolate types as you.
Compare Bundle Deals

Tips for Using Your Silicone Molds
-
Temper Chocolate Properly
Heat your chocolate to exactly 110°F using a candy thermometer. Let it cool down to 88°F before pouring. This gives you that smooth glossy finish and crisp snap every time.
-
Leave Space for Sticks or Inserts
Fill cavities about 90% full only. This leaves room to insert sticks or other additions without overflow. The candy needs to fully cover the base for a good hold.
-
Use a Piping Bag for Clean Filling
Cut a small tip in your piping bag for control. Fill detailed shapes without bubbles or gaps. You can reach all the corners in any mold shape easily. Try this technique with our cherry candy mold for perfectly filled pieces every time.
-
Cool at Room Temp First
Let your pieces sit out for 10 minutes before refrigerating. Sudden cold causes cracks and cloudiness in hard candy. Room temp cooling also prevents white bloom on chocolate. Once partially set you can move to the fridge safely.
-
Add Texture with Mix-Ins
Sprinkle crushed nuts into molds before pouring. Drop in dried fruit pieces or edible glitter. Swirl two colors together with a toothpick for a fun visual effect.
How to Care for Your Silicone Molds
- Wash with warm soapy water after each use or run through dishwasher on top rack
- Skip abrasive scrubbers because they scratch silicone and create places for bacteria
- Store flat in a cool, dry cabinet away from direct sunlight or heat sources
- Air-dry completely before stacking to prevent mold and mildew growth
- Check for tears or thin spots every month and replace worn molds
- Don't fold or crease the silicone as this weakens the material over time
Silicone Mold FAQs
You can make gummies, hard candies, chocolates, and infused edibles using sugar syrup, melted chocolate, or gelatin.
Food-grade silicone is best for molds. It is heat-stable and won't release chemicals into your food. All PJ Bold molds use this premium material.
Yes, the food-grade silicone handles both hot and cold applications without warping or melting. Our mushroom candy bar mold is a great example of a mold that works beautifully for both chocolate bars and hard candy pours.
Hard plastic or polycarbonate molds work but crack after a few uses. Silicone lasts years so it's cheaper long-term despite the higher upfront cost.
Very easy. The non-stick silicone releases candy and chocolate cleanly with no residue. It is fully dishwasher safe so cleanup takes no extra time or effort.
