What Makes Our Molds Different?

Your Customers Get the Same Product Every Time

Repeat orders come from trust. When every piece looks and weighs the same, buyers come back. Identical cavities make that consistency automatic, not something you have to chase.

You Know Exactly What Is Touching Your Food

The silicone is BPA free, platinum cured, and cleared under both FDA and LFGB standards. That is the strictest food safety bar a mold can clear in the US market.

Fill More Orders Without Adding More Hours

More output shouldn’t mean more work. A single tray can generate 70-600 pieces per pour. Fewer batches and less cleanup helps your small or medium business.

Sell Legally Without Doing the Compliance Math Yourself

The state symbol your product legally needs is already pressed into every cavity. No extra steps or stickers required. Pour, set, and your product ships ready.

How to Buy the Right Mold

1

Silicone Means Less Waste Per Batch

Every piece that sticks, tears, or breaks on release is money you cannot sell. Silicone flexes when you demold so pieces come out whole and clean. No sprays or ruined batches. For a small business it results in more product and profit.

Match the Shape to Who You Are Serving

Heart molds are for gifting, parties, and occasions where the shape itself gets a reaction. Square and triangle molds are for volume production and THC compliance. Pick the shape your buyer or guest will actually notice.

Cavity Volume Controls Every Piece

Smaller cavities like the 0.5mL half dome work for micro gummies, mints, and bite sized chocolates. Mid range volumes like 2.5mL to 3.5mL hit the sweet spot for standard gummies and compliant edibles. Get the volume wrong and every piece in that batch is wasted.

Match Your Tray to Your Batch Size

A 70 cavity tray is enough for a home batch or a sample run. A 252 to 468 cavity tray is where small businesses live. If you are filling wholesale orders or running a licensed kitchen, the 600 cavity square tray gets it done in one pour.

Tips for Getting the Best Results

  • 1

Set the Mold on a Baking Sheet First

Silicone is flexible, which is great for release but bad for carrying a full tray. Without a sheet the mold bends and might ruin your pieces. Slide it onto a flat baking sheet before you pour anything.

  • 2

Wait 60 Seconds Before You Pour

After heating your mixture, let it sit for one minute. Bubbles rise and disappear on their own. Pour too soon and those bubbles set into your finished piece as pits and holes you cannot fix later.

  • 3

Do Not Pull Pieces Out Early

Gummies need at least 30 minutes in the fridge to firm up fully. Chocolates need 15 to 20 minutes at room temperature before they go cold. Pieces can tear or crack if you pull them earlier. This step helps achieve a clean release.

  • 4

    Skip the Cooking Spray

Silicone does not need greasing. Spraying it leaves an oily film on your finished pieces that affects taste and appearance. Try your first batch dry. If something seems off, the fix is your gelatin ratio, not the mold.

  • 5

    Store It Flat, Not Folded

Folding or stacking molds in a drawer warps the cavities over time. Warped cavities result in uneven pieces. Store flat in a cool dry spot and the mold stays accurate for hundreds of batches.

How to Care for Your Molds

  • Wash with warm soapy water before first use and after every batch
  • Dishwasher safe on the top rack for easy cleanup
  • Dry completely before storing, moisture left inside affects your next pour
  • Avoid sharp tools or metal scrapers, they scratch the surface over time
  • Do not fold or stack molds, warped cavities change piece size over time
