What are the Features of Our Gummy Molds?
Gummies Pop Out Without Tearing
The flexible silicone bends just enough to release each gummy clean and whole. No sticky residue. No broken pieces. Just push from the bottom and your gummies come out exactly how they went in.
Precise Cavity Sizes for Consistent Dosing
Every cavity holds the same volume so every gummy comes out the same size and weight. This matters a lot if you are making infused gummies where accurate dosing is non-negotiable. Our THC candy mold for CO is a great example built specifically for regulated markets.
Shapes for Every Occasion
Choose from bears, stars, hearts, worms, leaves, and more. Whether you are making party favors, branded gummies, or infused treats, there is a shape that fits. Each mold captures fine detail so your gummies look polished every single time.
Built to Handle Heat and Cold
Our gummy molds go from freezer to oven without warping or losing shape. Rated safe from -40°C to 230°C. The food-grade silicone stays flexible and intact even after hundreds of uses.
How to Buy the Right Gummy Mold
Match Cavity Size to Your Recipe
Smaller cavities around 2 to 4 mL work well for standard gummy pieces. If you want thicker, chewier gummies with more presence, go for deeper cavities. Our bear thick mold at 3mL gives you that satisfying chew in a classic bear shape.
Check Compliance If You Make Infused Gummies
States like California, Colorado, Florida, and Ohio have strict dosing rules for infused products. Always choose molds with clearly marked cavity volumes so you can calculate and control your dosing with confidence.
Read What Real Buyers Are Saying
Photos from actual customers show you how well the mold releases gummies and how sharp the shapes come out. Look for reviews from people making the same gummy type as you. See what our customers say on our reviews page.
Think About Volume and Bundle Value
Making gummies at home? A single tray works fine. Running larger batches for events or selling? Buy multi-packs to pour more in one go. Bundles cost less per mold and come with free US shipping on every order over 35$.
Tips for Using Your Gummy Molds
-
Use a Dropper or Squeeze Bottle
Fill each cavity slowly and evenly using a dropper or squeeze bottle. This prevents overfilling, reduces air bubbles, and keeps every gummy the same size. Rushing the fill leads to uneven pieces and wasted mixture. Our heart candy mold works especially well with a dropper for clean, detailed fills.
-
Place the Mold on a Flat Tray First
Always set your gummy mold on a flat baking tray before filling. This keeps cavities level so your gummies set evenly. Moving a full flexible mold without a tray underneath causes spills and uneven shapes.
-
Let It Set Fully Before Unmolding
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until completely firm before trying to pop gummies out. Rushing this step tears the gummy or leaves pieces behind in the cavity. Patience here makes a big difference in the final result.
-
Cool at Room Temp Before the Fridge
Let your filled mold sit at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes before refrigerating. Going straight to cold can cause condensation inside the cavities which affects the texture and finish of your gummies.
-
Try Layered Colors and Flavors
Pour one color halfway, let it partially set, then top with a second color or flavor. This creates two-tone gummies that look great and taste even better. A simple trick that adds a lot of visual value to your finished pieces. Our square lollipop mold also works well for this layered technique if you want to mix up your shapes.
How to Care for Your Gummy Molds
- Wash with warm soapy water after every use or place on the top rack of your dishwasher
- Avoid abrasive scrubbers as they scratch the surface and reduce non-stick performance over time
- If white residue builds up, soak in warm water with baking soda for 30 minutes then rinse
- Air-dry completely before stacking to prevent moisture and mildew between trays
- Store flat in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources
- Never fold or crease the silicone as this weakens the material and shortens the mold's life
Gummy Mold FAQs
Plenty. You can use the same mold for hard candy, chocolate pieces, ice cubes, wax melts, and small soap shapes. The food-grade silicone handles all of these without any issue.
Multiply your cavity volume in mL by 1.4 to get the approximate weight of each gummy in grams. For example, a 3 mL cavity gives you roughly a 4.2 gram gummy. This helps you dose accurately every batch.
Usually no. The non-stick silicone releases gummies cleanly on its own. If your recipe is particularly sticky or high in sugar, a very light mist of neutral oil can help.
Yes. As long as the mold has marked cavity volumes, you can calculate your dose per piece accurately. Many of our molds are designed specifically for use in regulated states with strict dosing requirements.
Make sure the mold is fully clean and dry before use. Check your gelatin or pectin ratio as too little sets too soft and increases sticking. A light oil spray before filling also helps with harder-to-release recipes.
